  1. Bowtie Pasta & Chicken

    2 cloves Minced Garlic, Sautee in pan with 1/4 cup olive oil.
    3/4 lb cut up chicken
    Cook till pink in the middle
    Add all the following at the same time:
    2 Cups cut up broccoli
    1 jar sundried tomatoes
    1tsp basil
    Pinch red pepper flakes, salt & pepper to taste
    1/4 cup wine (( use white)
    1 can chicken broth
    (Cover & simmer until Chicken is done)
    While that is cooking, boil 1 lb box of bow tie pasta (Farfalle)
    Rinse & Drain and add all the above ingredients to the pasta
    Mix throughly
    Put in large baking pan and add some parmasean cheese to the top.
    Heat for 25 minutes @350
    Enjoy.
    I actually like it better the next day.
