My friend, Joe, posted this on Facebook, and I drove my family crazy, laughing out loud (repeatedly, wearing headphones)while watching it. We've covered this topic here before, but this is the audio/musical version, and I highly recommend it. (You may remember that the "Wear your bra" one is mine. Who knew I wasn't the only one?!)
Have a great day! :)
That is hilarious! I'm cracking up. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLove it! I have sung many songs with my own words...somehow my daughter always calls me out!
ReplyDeleteThis is hysterical! I sent the link to the best husband at work.. He is always on me about my "creative lyrics"
ReplyDeleteI hardly ever cry, but I am wiping tears from my eyes-----I now have a whole list of songs I'll never hear properly again.
ReplyDeleteThanks a bunch. That was the best laugh in a long time!
You can only imagine how I'm cryin' here!!! Glory, I do love the oldies but I've never heard 'em quite like this!!! Heeehehehe!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great laugh!
Have a marvelously blessed day my friend!!! :o)
The bad thing... now when I hear those songs, I will sing THESE words...
ReplyDelete"I believe in marigolds..."
That was funny! Problem is, like Rebecca, I will now be hearing these words!
ReplyDeleteThere is something in the way she moos that attracts me to Wisconsin. (I want credit if that belongs a new tourism tag line).
ReplyDeleteThat was a great find and it appears the clip has only been up for a short while. I'm sure it will go over 1 million quickly. thanks. - BTW I do remember your misheard bra lyric and the comment you left on my blog about it.
Gee, how about mistyped words? I meant to write "becomes" but didn't and I have no idea how I wrote "belongs" instead. strange?
ReplyDeletehahaha that was awesome, thanks for posting it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! So awesome. I'm sharing it with all my non-essential co-workers. :)
ReplyDeleteThat was awesome! And I think I've been guilty of a few of them myself! :)
ReplyDeleteGood thing I held it all in. Everyone's in bed, and I was doing the quiet laugh trying not to bust out. If I thought enough, I could come up with more song phrases I'm not sure about.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastically funny! Thanks for sharing and giving me a laugh!
ReplyDeleteOh, these are so funny!
ReplyDeleteMy husband likes to sing Hold Me Closer, Tony Danza to be funny.
I can't remember if I ever said this one before, but mine is from the song "I hope you dance." The line "don't let some hell-bent heart leave you bitter..."
I thought it was "don't let some hell-bent whore leave you bitter."
At least it made sense...
The Tony Danza one was the only one that I had heard of before your post. I bet no one has tackled the mumbled lyrics of Louie Louie.
