Playing for Change: Stand by Me

Playing for Change was born somewhere around 2007, but I've never heard of them before today, when I watched/listened to this song on Google Plus. According to Playing for Change,

"No matter whether people come from different geographic, political, economic, spiritual or ideological backgrounds, music has the universal power to transcend and unite us as one human race."

This compilation definitely proves them right; it lifted my heart (even higher than it already was).
