You know what this means, right?
You might have to be a kid to know...
Backwards clothing,
spoons beneath pillows,
and ice cubes flushed down toilets before bed...
all to ensure our Snow Day tomorrow.
Looks like it worked!
SNOW DAY THURSDAY!!!
WOOHOO!!!!!!
Woohhoo.......early Christmas vacation?!
ReplyDeleteI have heard of the spoons beneath the pillows but not the backwards clothing or the ice cubes flushed down toilets pj's on inside out YES! But since I work in a child care center we don't get snow days. Right now though it's 40 in CT Enjoy your day thoughHave fun snuggle up and enjoy a book or hot chocolate.
ReplyDeleteI did not know the meaning of this.
ReplyDeleteWell, one day, anyway! SNOW DAY TOMORROW!!! :)
ReplyDeleteWe have three feet of snow yet no snow day. Not fair.
ReplyDeleteLove it! I've never heard of these things....hey if it works why not! Have fun in the snow....stay warm and safe!
ReplyDeleteAnd don't forget a white crayon in the freezer - - -
ReplyDeleteSo far our "blizzard" isn't over here. Just a lovely snowfall, and unless it gets really wild and wooly later in the day I'm seeing no reason for our school cancellation - - - though I'm sure the kids/teachers AREN'T complaining about the snow day!!!
I think I heard of the spoon on this blog. Strange fun ideas. Reminds me of "rally hats" at a ball game.
