Although I have my registration paid for, I’m just not feelin’ BlogHer this year; I’m going to look into selling my ticket, so please let me know if you know anyone who’s interested.

I threw my back out on Monday; it was the weirdest thing! It’s almost completely back to normal now, though I still can’t take a full breath without some pain in my (upper) back.

I had a wonderful birthday last weekend; Mr.4444 made it very special. Can’t help lovin’ that man o’ mine!

There are 28 days of school left, but who's counting?! (Seriously, I'm not counting, but a coworker is, so that's how I know.) I'm not sure all of my students will live that long. Just kidding, of course, but I'm ready.

My daughter is getting a tattoo. It will be in an inconspicuous place and will be the latitude and longitude of her favorite place in the world; the summer camp she grew up attending and will be a counselor for this summer. I'm pretty ambivalent about it; I just want her to be sure, and I believe she is. It's not something she just came up with; she's been talking about it for years. Besides; she's an adult. Mr.4444 isn't a fan of the idea but will likely survive.
