Friday Fragments: Episode #335

Bits and pieces, pieces and bits. This frigid weather is giving me fits.
I never know when we'll have school or not.
My car is cold but my bun-warmer's hot.

Oh, man; I've become my mother.
Um....Let's frag.

***I'm not bothered by the cold; I have this awesome warm coat now (Lands End).
It's amazingly comfortable and blocks the wind like nobody's business!

***This is my niece's greyhound, who lives in Chicago. It's obvious how much he is loved, isn't it?

***I mentioned last week that I've become a wine drinker. Kendall found Drinking a Glass of Red Wine Is the Same as Getting an Hour of Exercise and shared it with me. I told you that girl was smart! My new favorite wine is Schlink Haus Sweet Red (Thanks, Michelle!)

***Speaking of Kendall, she got a job! She will be a barista at Starbucks, part-time this semester and hopefully full-time this summer! She also signed a lease for a room in a 12-bedroom house (built in 1886 by John Pillsbury). She'll move in this summer. There are two bathrooms. (yikes)

***This Is 39 is another great post I stumbled upon this week. It's from Scary Mommy and is extremely relatable if you've ever turned 40.

***I'm chairing a committee that's holding a major fundraiser (in March) for an old friend I haven't seen in 12 years. I'm having a ball.
