Weekly Winners (a day "late")

A while back, Sarcastic Mom started a Sunday idea called Weekly Winners, which invites bloggers to post favorite photos taken that week. That sounds good to me today, since I took a few. Here's my contribution.

After the thunderstorm...Two days later...Absolutely delicious Chicken Enchilada Quiche supper one night, recipe courtesy of Saucy Chef, Nonna. (Don't let the dark colors scare you; I used red, white, and blue corn chips!
