My Favorites Cup Overfloweth

Some of the Fragments this week really cracked me up or moved me.  I'm still working on catching up with Fragmenters, but I'd like to share some of my favorites here with you, today.

If this little stinker's face doesn't make you smile, you need to go back to bed! Melani, of Serena and Brandon's Play House babysits for him. (That Band-aid is covering stitches he did not get while in her care, haha.)

This chuckler comes from Matty:

My parents are in their mid 70's and live in a retirement community in Florida.  They just got their very first computer.  They know absolutely nothing and are learning as they go. The first email they sent me was completely written in the "subject" line instead of the body.  I thought that was so cute and funny.

Me, too, Matty. I love it!

Keeping up with the potty updates, Coby offered this gem:

Last week Baby B peered into the toilet at his achievement as I helped him pull up his pants and exclaimed, "Ooh! I love that poop! It smells like candy!"

We're taking him in to have his sense of smell tested.

The Favorite Friday Fragmenter award also goes to Dysfunctional Mom for this funny Facebook update from her BFF:

Danielle F***: 867-5309 is not my #  Hahahaha to the perv trying to pick me up in Wal-Greens! I think it's hilarious he was like where is 867 that local? yea yea I said that's local call me!!.... take some more them meds they got you on too!! hasnt everyone heard that old song ITS JENNYS # DUH! should of told him my name was Jenny too...

That's hilarious. I really wish I could flash back in time and use that one.

Liz posted this video, which I found very funny:

I also loved this beautiful fragment, from Evansmom, at Just Sayin':

If lilacs grow in Heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Mother's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile. Because remembering her is easy; I do it every day. She was a wonderful Mother and is an angel now, but there's an ache within my heart...♥ I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU DEARLY MOM. [author unknown]

I hope everyone had a happy Mothers Day.  If not, you've been in my prayers, and I hope at least one of these fragments helped a little.

  1. Aw, what a cute boy. Reminds me of a picture we have of my younger brother when he was about 2, with a bump on his forehead. The only difference is that instead of a big smile, he was crying in the picture.

LOL, glad to see I wasn't the only one who thought my parent's email was funny. Thanks.

    Love the video.

  4. What a cute little guy with the bandaid over his eye. I am always happy to hear of seniors who are willing to learn to use the computer. So many of my aunts and uncles are not using a computer and will not attempt to learn, my mother included. She is 88 now and some of her siblings are much younger but they won't get near a computer. The Kotex girl is uh well uh funny.
