Just Horsing Around
As you probably know, parent-teacher conference night is a great opportunity to showcase the talent of our students. Last week, our art teachers took advantage of that opportunity.
A favorite art project of many student is one in which they are asked to depict their names in symbols. The sky's the limit on the symbols they may choose. The only limitation is that they are not to repeat symbols. One little artist is a big fan of horses, and I mean a big fan of horses, so she was not about to let rules get in the way of her passion. Not to be stifled creatively, she decided to use one horse and one donkey in her drawing.
So, pretend you're the art teacher: What would you have done?
