We went to the Shawano (pronouned Shon-o) County Fair to see a student of mine and the hog he showed this week. We hadn't been to a fair in probably 30 years (back when we went only for the rides and stuffed animals). This time, it was especially interesting, and I ran into a great number of former students and their familes.  It was fun, and I've written a separate post just for the most interesting/noteworthy shots I took, incuding this one, which definitely fits with the Sundays in My City theme, which showcases cultures from around the globe. This photo says a LOT about the culture of the county fair in this area.
