Many Half-Past Kissin' Time supporters have expressed affection for my mom, and I figured I'm overdue for a post regarding Mom, so I thought I would offer this little peek.
Mom is doing really well; she no longer lives with pain, having recovered fully from hip replacement surgery last summer. Doesn't she look terrific?
Mom's been up to her usual fun; swimming at the YMCA, singing with her Stumblebum friends and in the church choir, cross-stitching, and traveling a little; she's living life to the fullest, certainly.
I'm pretty sure my mom is going to live to at least 100;
she has a namesake aunt who lived past that,
and will all that clean living she does...
And when she's chillin' out at home, she's got her cat, Max Domino, to love on her
The feeling is mutual, of course.
