Friday Fragments: Episode #283

Running around like a chicken with its head cut off, I am! All the more reason to unload some of the clutter in my brain. Thanks for joining us!

***
It's nice to be able to let the dogs out and not have to go out there with them to make sure Milo doesn't freeze in his tracks (literally). With the winter we're having, one would think I could update my blog header. These things take time...

***
I'm loving Nutribullet that I got from Santa.

***
I continue to practice yoga five days a week. It's evident in my shoulders and butt, which is nice. Sadly, I've not fully embraced the idea of healthy eating, so my middle section looks pretty much the same. Way underneath, though, I am developing a stronger core; I can tell by the fact that I can stand on one foot to put my shoes on and not teeter in the slightest. I love that.

With Kyle living in an apartment in another city and not likely to ever spend more than a week sleeping here in the future, I figured it was time I made a space of my very own out of his bedroom. The bed and bulletin board are still there, along with the TV up on a shelf, but the dressers are gone and a treadmill and yoga mat are in their places. Do not open the closet, though; I'll warn you! I'll share a photo of the transformation some day when I've also painted the room.

***
It's been really great having Kendall home again for a while. My sister and I have joined with Kendall to prepare a trio to sing at our family reunion this summer. It's going to be AMAZING!

***
I'm thrilled that so many of you enjoyed Mom's Packers Poem. Sadly, our team did not win, but frankly, we didn't deserve to.
***
Because I had too much time on my hands, apparently, I took up two new vices: Ruzzle (like Boggle, but on your phone) and Downton Abbey. (I'm only in the first season, though, so no spoilers, please!)

That about wraps it up for me. How about you? Link up your Friday Fragments post below!
