Empty Nester Advantages

It's been almost two weeks now since Mr.4444 and I became empty nesters.

So far, it's pretty nice, surprisingly.

#1 Less laundry

#2 We can go out to eat without worrying about feeding the kids at home

#3 The house is cleaner

#4 My husband seems more relaxed
(I think he might have felt ganged up on by the two women in his life.)

#5 I can go to sleep and not feel like I have to stay up until one of the kids come home.

#6 All of our groceries fit in one refrigerator.

#7 As my friend Frau (a year ahead of me on this journey) shared, "Every night is date night!"

I could get used to this.
