Friday Fragments: Episode #313

I'm drafting this at 10pm the night before my rotator cuff surgery, and I'm pooped,
so I'll make this short.
First, I'll unload some tidbits floating around in my head.

Mr.4444 says he'll try to get some blogworthy video after my surgery.
I look forward to that.

Please pray that my healing goes quickly so that I can get back to school in time!

I will be drugged up for a while; please excuse anything crazy that I write in blog comments,
should I happen to be up to bloghopping in the next couple of weeks.

It's official; my mother-in-law is the best mother-in-law I could ask for.
She's going to be taking care of me next week.

I am very blessed; the list of neighbors, co-workers, family and friends offering help following my surgery is long. For that I am very grateful.

I've been very busy with our visitors and our family reunion last weekend, so I'm behind in blogging, but I want to share one of my favorite shots from the reunion, of me and Mr.4444. This is my "Okay, I'll humor you and let you take my photo" look.

He's going to be taking good care of me for the next several days.

A dear friend of mine found out she has cancer last week, and her prognosis is not looking good.
Please pray for Lisa.

[Update: I'm home now and feeling good; nerve block is working like a charm,
as is a nausea patch. Everything went well!]
